Via a large-format projection that combines real images shot by a camera, ones generated by artificial intelligence, and others modelled in 3D, Nelly-Eve Rajotte explores the growing integration of robotics and intelligent systems in the field of medicine. From June 14 to September 7, 2025.
Rosalie D. Gagné: A Contemporary Alchemist is the artist’s first retrospective exhibition and showcases her artistic production since 1997. The exhibition will also document the artist’s most important site-specific projects and feature a selection of freehand preparatory drawings on paper.
Artist Catherine Boivin has been selected by Marie-Claude Néquado, the Centre d’amitié autochtone and the Musée d’art de Joliette to create the next mural, which will be presented for 2 years at the MAJ.
The room on the 3rd floor of the museum, dedicated to the permanent collection, showcases almost thirty works of art on the theme of the sacred.
